Waterloo, Sierra Leone - Waterloo is a city in the Western Area of Sierra Leone and the capital of the Western Area Rural District.

To be more complete: ...maintains offices in its PROJECT areas. Cann't say SGCP has an additional office as MAKENI is out of sight and replaced by WATERLOO. Remains 3. Question is why Waterloo is a project area by now and why there's no more office in Makeni. The only thing I can think of it's near to the harbour (export?). Hope Atilla can tell us more what's specific at WATERLOO. (The name? Remember Napoleon Bonaparte, 1815, the battlefield English/French.)
