This is all your opinion. There is no fact and nothing backing up this statement. How do you know Bieber refuses to participate? Wouldn't it be up to the company how and when to use him for promotions?? Wasn't it also originally said that he'd be promoting mostly during his upcoming tour (need to find the link for this....I believe it was the conference call??).
Point is, his tour hasn't started yet, he didn't bail after a year, and for you to say it is Bieber who refuses is nonsense and a lie. His contractual obligations go much further than the tease he has given us thus far. Just read the filings on his contract.
I guess Cellairis is about to carry a scam product soon as well!
With all that said....yes, I'm angry that management is giving us NOTHING at this point. But, there are some pieces still in play that makes me wait. I'm hoping that "Silence in Golden". Bieber and Cellairis are both in play...like it or not!
