One question, Why doesn't THE SELLER allow the pps to rise so that THE SELLER gets more money for all the shares that it is selling? I mean, if that were me, I'd want to sell my gobillion shares at the highest price price, and not towards the low end of the spectrum.

How did someone so clueless end up so many shares?
