MEET, the 10k was expected since the purchase of Yearbook. They are just executing the plan as it were. As to the bid, you must be a little new to stocks. They always slam the bids down at the close. Means nothing, it is done every day by hundreds of stocks. After hour volume was 2500 shares and the low and high were tenths apart. Just a waiting game with MEET.
