There IS a pattern here. The PPS is being kept at $0.10 - $0.11 by selling when it gets too high and buying when it gets too low. Remember when it first jumped to $0.10 and the volume dried up INSTANTLY? As long as we're in that range we'll see buys as big as can be made without hyping the PPS. The magic number here is $0.10.
