I just read about the Atocha on Wikipedia (true facts that can't be disputed, ever) that emeralds were kept in the stern castle, but never found. How the writer could make that claim with or without a manifest tells me that legends carry more weight than evidence in most people's minds. Hopefully, not for the judge.

What scares me though, if you look at their website, it would seem that the Fishers r the crown jewel of the Keys. (The Keys superstar) We know how people (Judge) can be influenced to NOT want to be the bad guy in putting a smudge on something so perfect as the Fishers. Maybe were find out next week? I do have good news though....I saved a ton on my car insurance. :)
