I would go one step further. What research has been done on the promoter and their history of success. I think that if you look at the "market awareness" clan here, few are successful at speaking the truth yet many claim success because the stock temporarily runs on their program.
before i would lay faith in a penny promoter I would have to be convinced that they are anything but a paid promoter; willing to manufacture a story and analysis to support their client.
