you could be 100% right but, from what i saw 11 million shares were traded at .0157 when the ask was much lower, if i tried selling 11 million shares at the end of the day, i am sure it would drive the price much lower, ie. would have to set my sell price much much lower i am long on icpa, and i dont think its good whats going on right before eod, i am just trying to figure out what is going on.

Your thinking is flawed. These large sells would not happen without there being a buyer. IMO MMs likely accumulated bids throughout the day to satisfy these large sell orders. You will notice the EOD block today was completed at .0157 while our BxA was in the .012-.013 range. Seems to indicate that bids were accumulated throughout the day with an average bid price of .0157.

Our PPS went down so easily all day, on seemingly light volume, right? Well, perhaps the volume wasn't so light after all. MMs just neglected to post the trades until they satisfied the large sale.

Based on earlier posts, I believe we have confirmation that Steve is selling to pay a note that is due.

The question is, who is accumulating all these shares. Is it truly just retail buyers? Or, are shorts covering at the bid? Or, perhaps better yet, shares are being distributed to a promotion company at this low PPS before the PRs are released and letting her RUN-DMC?

I personally loaded more today at .0125.

All IMO.
