IMHO and although it has been said time and time again that the LOI now means nothing, just letting the deadline pass and now closing in on 2 weeks after that deadline, the continued silence from the company about it one way or the other is not looking good at all. I have sent a number of emails going back to the middle of last week about the LOI and J Rod has not replied back to any of them.
