During my conversation with Paul, the geologist at the BLM Kingman office I asked him how SIRG was doing. He stated they were doing fine and just waiting for the EIS and the Reclaimination Plan.

I asked how long that would take and he chatted about the red tail hawks that had nested in the pit (all nesting birds are protected) but that they would be gone in a couple of weeks and all should be done in July.

That is where the "July" came from.
