I don't think there was a serious red flag or at least no new red flags that we didn't already know about... The stock is being traded like a pink at this point, which means,

If people think there's not going to be any news for a while, then the stock will have no buying pressure... in the meantime the stock is traded down by shorters and day traders..

Here's a problem though, when there's no real buying pressure, shorters win and day traders lose... price drops.. If you believe the company is undervalued here, hold.. but I can't say what to do... I'm underwater a lot at this point, kicking myself for not selling at 6.3 and buying back in the low 5's.. hindsight is a bitch.
