I think I have seen some of them include warrants or convertibles in the numbers. I no longer trust the various boards numbers, I always go to the company quarterly and annual reports, if they are current, and if not I use the OTC pages where the Companies usually do free updates.

Is usually the most current when the financial reports are past due.....But not here.
