Medinaminer: Two points.
One, you mention that they "fail to let us know why the deal is not done or why it isn't funded yet, twice to date." Actually this has happened more than twice. LP used the exact words "done deal" at an earlier AGM, several years ago.
Two, referring to the BOD you say "Their behavior does not pass the smell test. What are they hiding?"
I think there is another explanation, which is that JJ does not really communicate fully with any of them. They are frustrated by his secretiveness.
