I agree. All big RM runs happen after company release merged company's financial, which being a private company, is usually very good, imho. That is where mega run comes from, IMHO.
Most of the mega run I saw so far were backed up by RM and audited financial.
They might be negotiating with another company right now and that might be the hold up, IMHO.
