Not really anyone who still has restricted shares would be paid off and or settled if BORK went bankrupt. The last people in line are common shareholders. Which typically in a bankruptcy get nada.
i have to imangine there are some people who have some sort of contact in law enforcement who can help with an investigation into the manipulation of this stock. not that we would ever see a dime but i think it would worth our time to figure out what exactly happened here
