yes it is..no big deal though..he got pissed because Jaksch (I'm guessing wanted him out) they let him go but let him save face by resigning...but it wasnt't enough for him...he tried to sue them..they settled it in the 8K..go back and read all of it close..that is why they paid him so much to leave..
and JMHO they didn't need him not even for marketing...they have marketed their product for years...
