Very well expressed, Treit. Solomon has an extraordinary vision that he is implementing with relatively few resources and yet many of his shareholders, who lack the capacity to appreciate the scale on which he is operating, are barking at him and biting at his heels for very petty stuff. I suppose that's the way of the world, but at times it fills me with nausea.

Well written treit2002!

We need facts and positive thinking.

I am so tired of all the negative posts as soon as PPS goes down a few cents. 800.000 shares yesterday! Thats really a good sign!

Treit and sly your contributions also add alot of value, you can both also see the reason why myself are investing in SIAF and i am also a guy that puts my money where my mouth is, so as anyone else i got an average quite abit higher than todays PPS, admittedly i did dilute my average some at this enticing levels though ;), But to look at this case in anyway but fundamentally doesnt make much sense to me and PPS are a rather lame number to stare at today andrew so concentrate at getting in low before the triggers kick of if you beleive in the concept, to be a penny trader staring at the pps everyday or trying to make sense of casual trading by robots and others in the stock in a china segment seems a bad choise must be alot better equitys to aim at if that are the agenda....Get me right i dont condemn negative views, i like to look at stocks weighting in both sides negative and positive, but uninformed chanting of the same ting over and over driven by Mr markets melancoly mood isnt very productive , happy trading all :)

nice clarification Treit. Yes, your post helps me understand better how Solomon's vision works.

Put it in simple terms, he basically wants to build a company with almost zero cash at the end of 2011 into a cash-rich company with probably over 1 Billion rev by 2016 listed on different exchanges (including spinoffs and a hefty divi to his shareholders along the way) with the help of 2 two "russian dolls":

a first "triad" to exponentially grow the wholesale fish/cattle business in the first phase (until 2013/2014 or so) and another "triad" to realize max profit from those grown businesses via the wholesale-distribution-retail marketing chain that starts to be implemented this year. Without such a crystallized view of things it would otherwise get harder and harder to track this company's progress.

What do you think of the idea of selling the HU plantations as suggested by the Swede? It seems to me that the plantation has limited growth potential and contributes little to Solomon's oerall vision except maybe producing a limited perennial revenue to help ease the company's cash flow needs once in a while. To me it seems more like a major distraction to Mgmt than anything else.
