The only Problem here is the fact that you give only partial information and put your own twist on it. Yes the company failed with other business plans and has restructured!! They are going current on moving forward what happened 3 or 4 years ago does not change the fact that he is working hard to put something together of value.
Very few on the pinks have never failed at one attempt or more but many end up solid companies as will this in the near future.
