Maybe they aren't. MM's sell to each other as well to manipulate price. They sure have tried to hold ask down.

We were talking about this another day... I know it seems odd, but people have to sell sometimes to pay for things when they normally wouldn't have sold... I try to imagine that it was that!

MMs or someone playing tricks. People could obviously try selling between 15-19. They were also small sells. We just have to wait for news for a spike in volume and PPS.
