I looked on Pinksheets for info on their SEC filings but there weren't any...wanted to see if there were any signs of dilution...

no, it's beceause of those stopp loss orders that MMs can take down the PPS for anyone that would like to buy at a lower PPS that pays the MMs... think about it... if is put a stop loss for 1mil shares at let's say 0.015 MMs can drop the PPS to make that stop loss go off and other investors will panic sell a other stop loss trades will go off... So 1 stopp loss order can cause an overreaction... NO NEWS, just way oversold and ready for the bounce imo
