Honestly Hot... Are you starting this whole line of discussion back up again? I agree with other posters that it is not appropriate to post this as a sticky - especially considering the judges ruling and all of the documents that have been made public.

You have a right to post your opinion of course, but shareholders have endured enough of this kind of one-sided propeganda and I beleive it is a disservice to everyone for these kinds of comments to be made "sticky".

Hey...lets argue like the good old days. Who is right and who is wrong. How Turini ripped off the company along with DD, and how lucky we are that DW stood up for us. Thanks to DW we will get some closure to the investment. Positive or negative at least we will know the value. Without DW there would not have been a chance at positive. IMO
