Yes, ACTC is running out of funds.

They are expected to do a huge split in order to issue new stock or in exchange for more funding.

I am a little scared that they will run out of money before the 2nd phase study results are made available to the public[stem cells for curing blindness in Humans].

CIGX could be a ten bagger.

I am saving my 401K money to purchase more shares of CIGX.
