Duh. Paid promos are designed to sell into a rising stock price also, creates liquidity and good trading opportunities if you time it right. If a promo is timed with news, real or not, there could be substantial gains. Trade them, don't fall in love.
Every companies do that. Look at the recent infamous one.. Facebook. That is why this is call stock market. Company sell stock to get capital to invest on their business and reward investors with PPS/dividend etc. EVDR will reward current shareholders
Now Facebook is bouncing back up. Facebook sold a lot of shares and they even told the public they are selling. What is your point again?
