Just log out.

The vast majority of the time a user asks me to terminate them, I don't, they log out..and they are back in a few days or weeks.

No reason to go terminate you when there's a chance you might be back.

Just go to your password change page, enter a bunch of random letters & numbers that you will never remember again, hit OK, log out, and voila, you'll never be able to log in again!
