You forgot to address number 4 again. you love to entertain and address the other issues and ignore the last question. There is no question as to an RS, It's just a matter of timing, and you know it.
With all due respect you still didnt answer the questions:
1. My question was geared towards what went wrong with the "recovery plan" which according to your company was put in place in 2011. How long are you guys going to use the loss of the "Toyota" deal as an excuse? You kind of sound like the Obama administration who is steal blaming things on Bush three and a half years later.
2. You still didnt answer this question. What excuses for the delays did "their side" give you? It seems your avoiding the question here. Now you tell us there are several delays on their side? Whats the reasons they are giving you?

4. I understand your response here because if management was considering a reverse split (which I believe you are) you definitely wouldnt announce that on a message board.
I think this board now recognizes not only managements lack of being forthcoming with them, but their lack of competence in keeping us shareholders honestly updated on the state of the company and its dealings.
After you guys split this pig, I am going to short the crap out of this stock. Wait for your worthless PR'S and go to work on this pig, That's all this company worth.
