Rainer,
1. What part of the business plan failed, which led to this drastic drop in the stock price?
2. What happened to the industrial client? If "still delayed" can u tell us exactly why?
3. Do you believe that in due time the early investors will atleast be able to recoop their initial investments? Or do you believe there will have to be a reverse split?
4. How real is the talk of a reverse split?

Rainer, now that the Authorized shares are at 5.9 billion, could you tell us what the Outstanding shares are at, even approximately? And what is MWW's plan on selling shares into the market? How many of the Authorized shares does MWW plan on selling to make ends meet? Finally, are the contracts that were stated MWW held still in force? Or is MWW now having to look for new business?

All these questions have to do with one critical question: When will revenues start making a positive impact? You will know the answer because you are in contact with your suppliers and they will know the approximate delivery times. If this is just a supply-chain problem, then you will be able to give investors a reasonable time frame in which we can expect to see revenues having an impact on the stock price. Please advise.
