the plan approved prior to filing for Ch 11 indicates this.... I believe we will see them coming out and reorganized rather quick

Seeing all this kind of makes me chuckle thinking back whenever I would even say the word "bankruptcy" people would jump down my throat and say "40mm in revs, superstar BOD, bla bla bla". It all seems so painfully obvious now in hindsight!
