I do have to wonder about the sanity of those selling at those levels!! I do understand there are folks who are up some crazy percentage here -- ICPA has been on a wicked roll this year...so there's that. There are also (hate to say it) nefarious types who create the illusion of selling so that they can swoop in and buy cheaply. Hard to believe I know (tongue-in-cheek), but it happens!
Dilution, to your point, does not look like things look today. Aside from the fact they we have been told there is no dilution going on, you can clearly see that this is not the case here.
