No, they wouldn't... Why dillute on such low volume would be crazy! If they dillute it would be during a major runup in price with huge volume coming in. Like the day we saw in February where there was what 300 million traded in a day?

I think that the stock just needs to be promoted, Mina has already said that 3rd party mailers would start hitting, and to look for them. So I believe that the CE removal is just stage setting.

Also it surprises me that the company didn't PR the fact that they are current with the OTC. Unless, they do not want a big run and then dump on the stock after a one or two day run which is what happened last time. I believe that they are looking at making a significant run with the PR of the merger announcement.

Just my opinion.
