So what your saying is PhoneGuard's name is getting ready to change because Scott has an ulterior motive to screw his shareholders in a carefully planned and executed pump n dump scheme.

This is the same company that Justin Bieber was supposed to separate from in May according to some yet his picture is still on the website and no filings have been filed.

So either Justin Bieber is knowingly ripping off penny stock holders or he's being duped by Scott. So which is it?
