Agree! The money I invested, gave me a better education in what not to do than if I would have taken a few investing courses! Either way, we will be better investors , if you don't make mistakes , you can't learn from them, I still have a positive outlook of the outcome here for us shareholders.
The percentage of "New Shares", will be determined by the amt. of shares that will be distributed, according to Scottrade. We will know when new shares are distributed when we see a # sign after the ticker symbol.
Since they diluted the shares by a factor of 10 from around 8 million to 86 million during all of this, then 10% would make sense and be somewhat fair for shareholders I guess...
