As to "chance" that varies based on who you ask.
For me, I'd have sold if I thought there was zero chance.
It does not look good from any angle right now, but I'll give it til the end of the year to find out. If a few things change, I'll extend my patience a bit more.
It will be interesting to see if this begins to shape up and the PPS is on a slow incline, how many jump back in.
Volume will tell the story.
