I remember SGCP announced in 2009 they reached an agreement with the landowners to utilize up to 70% of its agricultural holdings for carbon credit programs(SL1+SL2=112,500 acres). Meaning the remaining 30% is actually processed for 2800 acres? If it's like that it means SGCP could have leased approx 160,000 acres with a balance of 48,000 acres for agriculture and the reason why a JV is welcome?
