He did say "QASP is toast" Then he took over starting putting out BS PRs, dumped 200 million shares and after it hit .0001 with no bid he does a 1000:1 R/S. He sure was correct about it being toast, he knew because he knew he would take over and destroy it. And claims it was some "freeze" that caused the tank in share price lol, what a joke of a "CEO"
