The "circus" was the NSADAQ presentation. Clearly an attempt by DGRI to pump up the stock price and it worked as they were able to dump more shares.

The rest of the circus was manufactured by posters not the company.

the company knew exactly what would happen and the whole thing was orchestrated by them.
