I really hope it has bottomed out, the only problem is these things have a nasty habit of turning into a private ATM machine for flippers so a re-test of .0005 is possible unless the company or whale steps in to acquire a huge position. With a billion shares its too hard to stop the greed and punch it back up to penny land.
