There are only a couple of differences in the S1/A from the last filing to this one that I could find. Had to look hard for these little changes...

1. F-31

S1/A from June 13th.

WARRANT EXERCISES

In addition to the January 2012 warrants, we had cashless exercises of warrants for 1,644,268 shares. As a result of the shares being exercised, we adjust the additional paid in capital for the value of the warrants exercised.

S1/A from Yesterday June 23rd

WARRANT EXERCISES

In addition to the January 2012 warrants, we had cashless exercises of warrants for 4,334,268 shares. As a result of the shares being exercised, we adjust the additional paid in capital for the value of the warrants exercised.


It appears they did not update this portion (sentence) correctly on the July 13th update. They did have it updated correctly on F-32 in the same filing. Again, just a line list update.

2. F-32

On the latest update, they added a Table describing the Warrants that were exercised.
