like cmda, ASNAP is a broad conceptual framework, that to
work in its fullest form must appear on both the phones and
the network, its a question of semantics as to whether ASNAP
is realy being deployed if it only resides w/in the phones
per se,
that being said, the cellular network is the critical
component needed for a field trial, its not easily implemented
on the fly (so vonage cannot be expected to readily test
seamless roaming), but VOIP, is an easy setup by comparison,
any company that has used both cellualr and voip combined
w/ the CLYW 1250i phone to demonstrate seamless roaming has
tested ASNAP in its simplest form, all of you guys that say
that isnt so are deliberately deseminating a mis-read/
misinformation/even all out non-truth (lies) about the
significance of sleipner, etc.
if you guys dont change your tune after a purchase order
backed w/ a verifiable and secure letter of credit etc.
i will personaly see to it that you guys get thrown off the
board, its fine that you say they are not all that etc.
but all out lies about the company are unacceptable, and at
some point, imho longs will be proven to be correct and the
speculative component ragarding your bashing will no longer
be a valid excuse for your behavior...
... perhaps all my bashing of umn has given some on the board
the impression that ppl can get away w/ saying all kinds of
things, fact is nearly $100,000 of legal analysis is present
to back up all that ive said as a matter of material fact
i suggest to you bashers that until you have a top gun lawyer
to back up what you say about CLYW that you tone it down a bit
...actualy that you tone it down quit a lot
