lupetto: It's true that it isn't granted often, which brings me to the following:
1. NEOM has no known reason to use this as a delay tactic. It just doesn't seem to be in their best interest.
2. If 1 above is true, then they must feel confident with their request for Summary Judgement.

I guess it wouldn't hurt to ASK for SJ and if it fails, to negotiate. But I would think NEOM and Scanbuy would want to get this behind them.

Everything else you say I agree with.
