A lot of us will be in with you reel--again--I hope that this is not the case--but if it is--you won't be alone. The question is--who did it? We know MG posted it. I wonder if Asus can weigh in on this for us--haven't heard from him in quite awhile. When BH can pilfer over 1 mil from MF and still be on the outside of the prison gates it's time to start action. With the amount of folks we have as past and still current holders--we do have power. I am asking our leader right now to step up and show himself or there's going to be trouble.
Hard to hold a guy like MG responsible when he did not do anything. Blaming him for being ineffective and not doing anything is fine but does not mean he will burn. JG and MF however have been named in suits and MF lost one. BH and AS were a long time ago and not likely to have any issues as a result of nothing other than that fact. If the vast majority of debts were resolved then if BH was one of the largest of the people who are owed money then they probably cut some deal that eliminated any possibility of corporate liability mutually just as standard terms would dictate. Spend your money chasing whomever you wish but even if you do get a lot of money and decide to blow it frivolously you might remember that all involved would be damaged regardless of the result and that it is likely that the ones you have the most animosity toward are the ones with the war chest and not the ones who would get the brunt of the bills and who could not afford the hundreds of thousands of dollars that would certainly be required by all named parties all of who would most likely align against you in a collaborated defense or be left to take the fall if they did not or could not afford to do so on their own. I understand your emotions and I having made far more money than at any other period of my life have fantasized about spending every last dime on destroying the parties that I blame but it is so much better spending on my family and not worrying about anything that used to consume me regarding money. Does sound good to be vengeful sometimes I do understand.
