A few years back, I got hurt investing in the big telecom craze, when every company had to lay fiber networks to compete and be the biggest. It turned out that most overleveraged themselves to do this, and they were broken by their debt loads, with too much fiber and too cheap demand prices due to too much competition. A vicious circle that repeats itself over and over in business far too often IMO. I hope Frank is smarter than this. It won't be Frank being a crook that kills us, it will be Frank trying to grow too big too fast without the revenue to support the growth. Aquisitions using stock work when the price is strong, but to keep aquiring with cheaper and cheaper stock causes a great deal of dilution which we are experiencing now. IMO-TW
