What I'm trying to make sense of is, after enough investor pleading, JR finally put out the Q1 PR. I'm certain that investors have also pleaded with him regarding this MMG matter, yet still no response. There is virtually no legal reason that could possibly justify not filing a form 4, unless he hasn't actually bought any shares, in the first place.
