rastaraj, a form 4 can contain one buy or it can contain multiple buys. JR has yet to file a form 4 with even just one buy. All he needs to do is prove he bought shares prior to MMG's allegations, and the buyback matter is put to rest.

For what logical reason would he not do this?

It's a red flag and I'm plumb baffled by it.
