Their wireless division was doing about $300,000 per month back in late 2010. I have made the assumption that they have expanded since then, and this is only the wireless, which does not include calling cards, construction or whatever else they do such as Green Key equipment sales.

Here is a linkedin site for Jamal, who runs the group and below you will see the link and reference to the $300,000 per month.

Also don't forget this is the group that was trying to acquire, if I recall correctly, 15,000 sq ft of office space to accommodate their expansion.

Assumptions are not reality, however the upside to Viper, in my opinion, will be explosive.

Mr. Shouekani continued: “Just as we announced this past Monday, none (I repeat), none of the October Saudi Arabian results of $300,000 (USD) came from calling card sales in this country, but rather from our Wireless Services branch division in Saudi Arabia. Although the Company has announced launches in Singapore and Bahrain to date, with plans for numerous calling card launches in other countries worldwide in the near future (in conjunction with Cirilium India and BSNL), investors should know that separately, Viper Networks is building a significant presence for direct business, greater margins and growing revenues in an expanding number of countries entirely for the benefit of the Company and each and every shareholder.”

Here is the link to the acquisitions.

In other news, Viper Networks has recently begun talks with two U.S.-based companies; one that offers compelling synergy to the Company’s emerging business within the LED sector, and another that represents a uniquely complimentary opportunity from within the energy distribution industry.

The two acquisitions and/or merger candidates are profitable entities with annual revenues of from $2.5 million to approximately $10 million, respectively.
