Oh come on. I could tell you hundreds of stories in China about buybacks from the market (not only cancelling piece of paper) and while the companies were total frauds selling shares like crazy and simply not reporting it.
You have to rethink what you own - simple piece of paper which price is right now 46 cents. Nothing else. I dont mean it bad, dont misunderstand me but the only and only thing that matters to you is share price you own + possible dividends. Anything else may be incredibly nice but it wont help or reward you.
So far what we got is: huge dilution, millions of USD were transfered from us to China to one man who has a dream and who promises you that you will be rewarded in the future if he succeeds. Anyone who deserves a bit of respect so far is SHAREHOLDERS. Its us taking a huge risk, not him :-)
