Im not against diluting, SIAF is in a growth phase, its ok. But even though you have a plan you have to respect shareholders at some point and if the conditions are not good, they should let it go and wait for better times to dilute. The company claims that the money from diluting are totally marginal when it comes to capex in total for 2012, why the torture then? As you say, we are at belief cliff now and there is just a hole behind this line. If Solomon pushes us into the hole I think many people will leave disgusted and thinking SIAF is a scam. And me too to be honest, there is absolutely no defence to diluting at this PPS.

Its terribly hard to create some shareholder base and general belief in the company but its lost very easily and quickly.

Tough call on dilution especially if Solomon plans on dropping $100,000,000 in the bank next year.
