If they did NOT submit anything to the SEC, as required by Section 8 (iv) in Doc 2 then they have rendered the "Plam Support Agreement" NULL And VOID (Section 9 Doc 2)
Chad maybe you are correct and we can wait till tomorrow but the site does say real-time which usually means real-time but lets wait and see.
Yes they can get an extention as you say but regardless it would be a breach of the agreement - which may have been the plan all along if you beleived in the shake our shares which filing BK sure did
