Keeping a close eye on the filing for Eternal Image tconcerning taking the company private is about all that anyone can actually do. As far as I can tell there is nothing illegal that would prevent them from doing this.
If the company is taken private there will be no shareholders and the public company will be defunct. If that happens then there will be no need for the company to have a stock message board. This board exists to disscuss the company and the stock and is stock specific. If there is no more stock in the private company then this board is completely obsolete and serves no purpose.
How many private companies are represented here on IHUB??? If the answer that was given was NONE then that is completely correct since IHUB is dedicated to public companies that have stock trading in the market.
