%B=BBs=CCI
%B is one of the keys...its just price relative to the Bollinger Bands...its a graph of the Bands stretched out flat...showing where "price" is relative to Bands...%B usually shows turns first...the moving averages only will turn "up" after price is above the average(part of the Grail definition...so price is often a leading indicator and is the best indicator...Relative to What...?...Relative to the Bollinger Bands=another key definition...
Bollinger Bands also called Volatility Bands know as a better indicator of volatility.
