I feel we have the best opportunity now for the best new reverse merger this year. Yes you have heard that right I feel this SPXA float and lack of following now by anyone other then the Waveriders is ready to explode even further then the EEDG and the DYNV. Next I do not expect to see any large sellers till at the least of the .029 break out and most past the .035 Now with this float and the low following on the IHUB I expect to grow the waveriders first here for a few days even before I release an email on the IHUB Wave Board.
I feel in light of watching the huge preload and set down price on AERS this week we can achieve a higher goal and price before we release this info to the rest of the IHUB. If this tested method works this weekend and on accumulation for Monday after this release to Tsunami as I feel it will be will have a growing fast mover. 1 the assets to liabilities ratio The company has a very clean balance sheet going into this new company coming in as noted below on the cop of the latest 10q The assets are more then double the liabilities now and have a shareholders equity of over 400k. The shares are also unchanged for much this last year and very low count on the market now. This is a fully reporting OTCBB stock and with one filing will be up to date now
2 The management handling of the Fins shows strength in managing shareholder value. Being a new company we can not see how they will handle them as of yet but has a great start going in now
3 revenues increasing to further future growth Again being a new company we will see the revenue model when we find the exact nature of the business and with this float under 60 million it will respond fast.
4 unique product or business plan that will continue growth Again we are waiting on the new website and I feel the new company will be great. I am looking for a very progressive company based on the Angel Investors models from past info we sent out here. They will bring much equity to the shareholders based on this share count and ability to attract great companies. Previous share models in this range for the Wave have hit as much as a dollar the first year at this price range.
5 lower float with room to grow and not maxed out With only 58 million shares and room to add for the new company we will have plenty of room for a fast 300 to 6500% increase. Also the quiet time between the start of this reverse has moved the shares mostly into the hands of the Waveriders now. Most understand this can and will break the .03 on the first news alert and website opening now. I look for this to be fast as they are starting the filings now and I look for news in the next week or so. Website can be up in minutes and we will follow up as soon as it is up.

9 the level 2 has room to grow and allow all the Wave readers to get in at a great price We right now are the only board on IHUB following this and with 30 BMs I feel the level 2 under the .03 is a great entry and if volume tops a million before I release this we will see the .05 the first day now.
